Role Description

This is a role for a Lead Graphic Design Consultant, working for our with the flexibility to work from any location and a requirement to work on-site from time to time. The Lead Graphic Design Consultant will provide consultancy service to oversee the development and execution of creative design projects, including branding, logo creation, and marketing materials with a focus on GTM. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor team members to ensure visual consistency, drive innovation in graphic representation, and deliver impactful designs aligned with the clients’ goals. The role also involves mentoring junior designers, managing design workflows, and maintaining high-quality creative standards.

Role Criteria

• Strong expertise in Graphics and Graphic Design

• Proficiency in Logo Design and Branding

• Advanced skills in Typography and design aesthetics

• Experience in leading and mentoring design teams

• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.)

• Ability to conceptualize and execute creative ideas to meet project requirements

• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a portfolio showcasing diverse design work

• Understanding of current graphic design trends and techniques

• Experience in working on tech related graphics within the telecommunication market.

• Fluent in written and verbal English and Maltese Languages

Further Requirements

• 5+ years Telecoms or Tech Graphic Design Experience especially in the B2B space

• 5+ years Team Lead and Junior Mentoring

• Ability work and travel freely through the EU region​

Preferred Attributes

• An EU Language besides English and Maltese

• Experience working in various EU countries with different teams
